Tip: Make sure your outfit does not have many pockets. Each time you leave the testing room to take a restroom or snack break, security must check all your pockets. Every minute outside the testing room counts against your overall examination time!
The Day of Your CMA Exam
π³ Eat a Balanced Meal
Stay calm, relax, and have a healthy meal the morning of your exam. A healthy breakfast enhances cognitive function and improves memory.
β° Arrive at Least 30 Minutes Early
Arrive at the testing center 30 minutes before your exam time. Here's an overview of what to expect:
Tip: Have your route to the testing center planned in advance, and make a dry run a day or 2 before. While you may rely on GPS, have an alternative route planned in case of traffic delays.
After the CMA Exam
π¬ Receiving Your Score Report
After completing the CMA exam, you'll receive information detailing how you'll receive your exam score within 14 days. If you failed the exam, a report will be emailed to you with details indicating satisfactory, marginal, or unsatisfactory performance on each topic.
